An AI-first consultancy for founders
Agents that work for founders. Around the clock.
Most consultancies sell hours. SIDIX runs autonomous agents that read, monitor, check and draft while you sleep. A small team sets direction and makes the calls. We built the stack because nothing existed for it.

What the agents do
Four things, running continuously.
Narrative monitoring
What is being said about you and your company, where it is moving across search and news, and what to do before it lands. Delivered as decisions, not dashboards.
Claim checking
Every public claim about you, or made by you, checked against evidence in minutes, with sources. Flagged before it spreads, not after.
Research and drafting
A week of reading turned into a brief by morning. Position papers, responses and reports drafted overnight and reviewed by a human before you see them.
Systems you own
Custom agents built for one founder's problem, running on infrastructure the client owns. No platform fees, no lock-in, no one else's data mixed with yours.
How it runs
A small team. A stack we built. Nothing off the shelf.
24/7
Agents run continuously. Nothing waits for office hours.
1 team
Direction and judgment stay human. A small team, not a bench.
0 bought
The whole stack was built in-house because nothing existed for this.
When we set out to run an AI-first consultancy, the tools were built for humans doing the work with AI assistance. We needed the opposite: systems doing the work, humans setting direction and judging output. So we built them — on open-weight models, on machines we control. Everything we recommend, we run ourselves first.
- Founder sets direction
- Agents run overnight
- Human reviews, founder decides
The founder
Sitanshu Sinha
I spent my first years in sales — early days at an edtech that became India's largest, then eight years running a 15-person field team in pharma distribution. Sales teaches you that the story people tell about you matters more than what you did. Then I watched a company worth more than a billion dollars undone by a single narrative mistake, from the inside.
Since then I've built the tools I wished existed: a face-recognition system that found 52 people across 150 GB of footage for ₹0 in hosting, a local fact-checker that flagged a misleading reel hours before the government's own unit did, and the agent stack that runs SIDIX. I write about all of it on LinkedIn.
